BINDING ARBITRATION

Should a dispute arise under the terms of this agreement, or as a consequence of the use of this site; its materials, links, or associated information User agrees that said dispute shall be submitted to Binding Arbitration pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or such other organization as the parties may agree upon in writing.  In the event, that an arbitration proceeding is required the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover compensatory damages only; together with reasonable attorney fees, and costs.  Exemplary damages and punitive damages are expressly prohibited by this agreement.

USERS ARE FURTHER ADVISED THAT THEIR AGREEMENT TO SUBMIT TO BINDING ARBITRATION WAIVES THEIR RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY, TO DISCOVERY, AND APPEAL (EXCEPT IN LIMITEDCORCUMSTANCES).  USE OF THIS SITE SIGNIFIES THAT THE USER HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTANDS ITS CONTENT AND SIGNIFICANCE, AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.

PRIVACY NOTICE

Zeboray.Com does not collect from, or require its “Users” to provide any information that is personally identifiable.  Neither does Zeboray.Com attempt to link any general information (see below) collected by its servers to any individual user.  You are free to visit this site, and utilize its services without providing personal information, or otherwise revealing your identity.
