order your certificate of insurance, please complete the
following information. The certificate will be emailed
to you (the insured) within a 24 hour period, excluding
holidays and weekends. These will
be sent as a PDF (Portable Document Format) file and
will require Adobe Acrobat Reader for printing and
viewing. To
download the latest version of Acrobat,
visit Adobe
online.
As
a reminder, our company policy only allows for
certificates to be sent to the insured, and it is up to
the insured to distribute them to the certificate
holder.
